1 Definitions

For the purposes of this Agreement, the following terms shall have the meanings assigned to them below:

• "Platform" refers to the 55bmw0 website, mobile interface, and all associated gaming services accessible at https://55bmw0.net.
• "Account" refers to the registered user profile created by a Player upon successful completion of the 55bmw0 registration process.
• "Balance" refers to the total funds held in a Player's 55bmw0 account, inclusive of deposited funds and credited bonuses where applicable.
• "Bonus Funds" refers to any credits, free spins, or promotional rewards granted to a Player by 55bmw0 that are subject to specific wagering conditions.
• "Real Money Funds" refers to funds deposited by a Player through an approved Philippine payment channel such as GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, or UnionBank.
• "Game Provider" refers to third-party software suppliers whose games are made available on the 55bmw0 platform.
• "Wagering Requirement" refers to the minimum amount a Player must wager before Bonus Funds become eligible for withdrawal.
• "KYC" refers to Know Your Customer identity verification procedures required under applicable regulations.
• "PAGCOR" refers to the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the regulatory body overseeing online gaming activities in the Philippines.

2 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the 55bmw0 Platform in any manner — whether by browsing, registering an Account, making a deposit, or participating in any game — you confirm that:

• You have read and understood these Terms & Conditions in full;
• You accept and agree to be legally bound by this Agreement;
• You meet all eligibility requirements set out in Clause 3 of this Agreement;
• You are acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party;
• You understand that online gambling involves financial risk and that you may lose funds deposited to your Account.

These Terms & Conditions apply in addition to any game-specific rules, promotional terms, or supplemental policies published on the 55bmw0 Platform. In the event of a conflict between this Agreement and any supplemental terms, this Agreement shall prevail unless expressly stated otherwise.

3 Eligibility & Registration

3.1 Age Requirement

The 55bmw0 Platform is available exclusively to individuals who are 21 years of age or older, consistent with PAGCOR's minimum age requirement for online gambling in the Philippines. Registration by or on behalf of any person under the age of 21 is strictly prohibited. 55bmw0 reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend or permanently close any Account where the minimum age requirement is not satisfied.

3.2 Geographic Eligibility

The 55bmw0 Platform is operated in accordance with applicable Philippine gaming regulations and is intended for use by players located in the Philippines. It is the Player's sole responsibility to ensure that accessing and using the Platform is lawful in their jurisdiction. 55bmw0 makes no representation that its services are appropriate or available for use in jurisdictions other than those in which it is licensed to operate.

3.3 One Account Per Player

Each individual is permitted to hold only one active 55bmw0 Account. Registration of duplicate, multiple, or joint accounts is prohibited. Where 55bmw0 identifies that a Player has registered more than one account, all such accounts may be suspended, and any balances — including winnings — may be voided or forfeited at 55bmw0's sole discretion.

3.4 Accurate Information

When registering an Account, you are required to provide complete, accurate, and current information. You agree to promptly update your Account information if any details change. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration is a material breach of this Agreement and may result in immediate Account termination.

4 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 55bmw0 Account login credentials, including your username and password. You agree to:

• Choose a strong, unique password for your 55bmw0 Account and not reuse passwords from other services;
• Never share your login credentials with any third party;
• Log out of your Account after each session, particularly when using shared or public devices;
• Notify 55bmw0 support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account;
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) where offered, as an additional layer of Account protection.

55bmw0 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your Account credentials. Any activity conducted through your Account — whether authorised or not — shall be your responsibility until you notify 55bmw0 of a security breach and we take action to secure the Account.

5 Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Approved Payment Methods

55bmw0 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively through the following approved Philippine payment channels: GCash, PayMaya, Bank of the Philippine Islands (BPI), Banco de Oro (BDO), Metrobank, and UnionBank. 55bmw0 reserves the right to add or remove supported payment methods at any time with reasonable notice to Players.

5.2 Minimum and Maximum Limits

Minimum deposit amounts and applicable transaction limits are displayed within your Account's cashier section at the time of each transaction. These limits are subject to change and may vary by payment method. 55bmw0 does not impose fees on standard deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

5.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are processed within one (1) business day for Accounts that have completed KYC verification. Unverified Accounts may experience delays until identity verification is satisfactorily completed. 55bmw0 reserves the right to conduct additional security checks on withdrawal requests where fraud, bonus abuse, or suspicious account activity is suspected.

5.4 Currency

All transactions on the 55bmw0 Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (₱). 55bmw0 does not accept deposits in foreign currencies. Any currency conversion costs incurred on the Player's end are the Player's sole responsibility.

5.5 Refund Policy

Deposits are generally non-refundable once they have been credited to your 55bmw0 Account and used in gameplay. Requests for refunds of unused deposited funds due to account closure or platform error will be assessed on a case-by-case basis by our compliance team.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

55bmw0 may, at its discretion, offer welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and other promotions to eligible Players. The following general conditions apply to all 55bmw0 promotions unless specifically stated otherwise in the promotion's individual terms:

• Each promotion is available to one Account per player, per household, and per IP address;
• Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements that must be met before any associated winnings are eligible for withdrawal;
• 55bmw0 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice;

Where a conflict exists between these general bonus terms and the specific terms of an individual promotion, the specific promotion terms shall prevail for that promotion.

7 Gameplay Rules

All games available on the 55bmw0 Platform are subject to both the general rules outlined in this Agreement and the specific game rules provided within each game's interface. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the applicable rules before placing any wager.

• Game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or, in the case of live dealer games, by physical game procedures conducted by trained dealers in a monitored studio environment;
• Published Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages represent theoretical long-term averages and do not guarantee individual session results;
• In the event of a technical error that causes an incorrect game result or payout, 55bmw0 reserves the right to void the affected round and refund the wager;
• Bets placed after a game round has been completed due to connectivity issues will be voided and any stake returned;
• The use of external software, scripts, bots, or any automated tool to interact with the Platform is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate Account termination.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 55bmw0 Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of all Account balances:

• Registering as, or being, a minor under the age of 21;
• Providing false, stolen, or fabricated identity documents during KYC verification;
• Opening multiple accounts or acting as a proxy account holder for another person;
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or exploit promotional offers;
• Using automated bots, macros, scripts, or any software that interacts with the Platform without direct human input;
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors to gain an unfair advantage;
• Engaging in money laundering, fraud, or any activity that violates applicable Philippine law;
• Engaging in chargeback fraud by disputing legitimate transactions with your payment provider;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing 55bmw0 staff, live dealers, or other players through any communication channel.

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the 55bmw0 Platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, game interfaces, graphics, text, software, and promotional materials — is the property of 55bmw0 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You may not:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or republish any Platform content without prior written consent from 55bmw0;
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any Platform software;
• Use 55bmw0's branding, logo, or trademarks without explicit written authorisation;
• Frame or mirror any portion of the Platform on any other website or application.

10 Privacy & Data

11 Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

• The Platform will be available at all times without interruption, error, or delay;
• The Platform will be free from viruses, malware, or other harmful components;
• All information on the Platform is complete, current, and free from errors.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 55bmw0's total liability to any Player arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. 55bmw0 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, arising from your use of the Platform.

Nothing in this clause limits 55bmw0's liability for gross negligence, wilful misconduct, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

12 Responsible Gaming

55bmw0 is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices among all Filipino players. We recognise that for some individuals, gambling can become problematic, and we take this responsibility seriously. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered 55bmw0 Players:

13 Account Suspension & Termination

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period as requested;
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or collusion;
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute from the Player's payment provider;
• Account inactivity exceeding twelve (12) consecutive months;
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the Player or a court order or regulatory instruction.

Upon termination of an Account for reasons other than a breach of these Terms, any verified Real Money Balance remaining in the Account will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe, less any applicable fees or outstanding liabilities. Bonus Funds are non-refundable upon Account closure.

You may request closure of your 55bmw0 Account at any time by contacting our support team. Account closure requests are typically processed within two (2) business days.

14 Amendments to These Terms

55bmw0 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, 55bmw0 will notify registered Players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform. The updated Terms will display a revised "Last Updated" date at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the 55bmw0 Platform following notification of an amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any amended terms, you should cease using the Platform and contact support to close your Account.

15 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, including applicable PAGCOR regulations and the E-Commerce Act (Republic Act No. 8792).

In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement or the use of the 55bmw0 Platform, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the matter amicably through 55bmw0's customer support channels. Where amicable resolution is not achieved within thirty (30) days, the dispute shall be submitted to the appropriate courts or regulatory bodies of the Philippines having jurisdiction over the matter.

Nothing in this clause prevents 55bmw0 from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a competent court where necessary to protect its legitimate interests.
